Welcome To:
We Care About Kids is a non-profit (501 C3) film production company. We are currently producing “In the Room,” a short film intended to raise awareness of child abuse and the damage it does to people and our society.
“In the Room.” is a short film about a young sister and brother, Phyllis and Henry Kieffer, who have been emotionally and sexually abused by their upper middle class successful Hollywood-type parents.
As per the US Department of Health and Human Services, in the year 2007, 3.5 million children were reported and/or investigated as having been abused. Almost 32 percent of those children were 4 years old or younger. Can you imagine how many other incidents of child abuse were not reported?
Please consider making a donation to this important film project. If you need more information, please contact us.
All donations go directly to fundraising, film production, the distribution of the films, fundraising for various educational projects as well as needy members of the film community. All the members of the board work pro bono – they receive no salary.
